Call for Abstracts

The College of Natural and Health Sciences (CNHS) at Zayed University, in collaboration with the Office of Research, invites undergraduate students and recent graduates across the UAE to submit abstracts for the 7th CNHS Undergraduate Research Forum 2026.

Aligned with UAE Innovates 2026 (الإمارات تبتكر 2026), this year’s theme is “Empowering Future Leaders Through Research and Innovation: Advancing the UAE’s Vision through UAE Innovates 2026.” The Forum offers a premier platform to showcase original research, exchange knowledge, and drive discoveries that support the UAE’s sustainable, knowledge-based future.

Abstracts Requirements:

Abstracts must be written in English and contain 200–250 words (excluding the title and keywords). Submissions must follow this structure:

Format: Introduction, Method, Results, Discussion, and Conclusion.
Title: Maximum of 15 words.
Authors: List the student author(s) followed by the supervisor’s name.
Presenter: Use an asterisk (*) to identify the presenting author.
Keywords: Include exactly five keywords.

Deadlines and Timeline:

Submission Deadline: October 26, 2026

Acceptance Notification: By November 6, 2026

Review and Presentation Format:

All abstracts will undergo blind review. The highest-ranked submissions will be selected for oral presentations, while other accepted submissions may be presented as posters.

By submitting an abstract, the presenting author confirms their commitment to attend and present at the Forum if accepted. Detailed presentation guidelines will be communicated to successful applicants by email.
